  My experience here has been wonderful!! I have been taking bar for several months now and I can really see a difference in my overall fitness levels and strength. I have lost weight and become more toned. It really does work and I love the structure of the classes. The instructors are all incredible and willing to help show you how to do each move or sequence so you get the most out of your workouts. I love that it is a full body workout. Would 100% recommend the bar method to everyone!!
