  Love the hygienist Greta. Although, they are borderline taking advantage of insurance companies. Saying there's cavities where there is not and being rude after being a loyal client of 20-plus years due to an insurance change. They were going to pull my kids out of the middle of their appointment if I didn't prepay. Even though they had dental insurance that covered 90% of their visit and they used to take the secondary insurance. Only finding out upon arrival they would not take the new secondary, but they still had a primary and knew they were going to get paid. How they handled it was unprofessional and rude. They actually threatened if they didn't get paid their 10%
  balance they would withhold X-rays and dental records. I understand wanting to be paid but it wasn't for the full visit there was the primary insurance that took care of the majority the bill. However, if you add on top of being loyal patients for 20 years I feel we were treated rudely and unprofessionally. Their dentists are inconsistent and often have moved on other than the primary dentist that owns the business. I had my teeth whitened there once and I was left unattended and my entire gums were burned away and looked horrible for at least a month. When I went in to speak with Doctor Gittzen about it and wasn't and didn't refund my money let alone compensate me in anyway. I feel he's lucky I didn't sue him. As well as demand a full refund. What if this had been right before my wedding or other special occasion? Goes without saying we be back after all of this and other ongoing issues such as no reminder calls. They sent an email, but I don't email much and never requested or accepted this form of communication.
